What you need | Yang anda butuhkan:

  1. Zipper | Resleting;
  2. Needle & thread | Jarum & benang;
  3. Scissors | Gunting.

Step 1: There is actually only one working step. Stitch the open ends of the zipper together so it forms a loop and not a branch when you unzip it.

And you’ll get something like this when you unzip it.

Hasilnya seperti ini bila anda menarik buka resletingnya.

Step 2: Slide/slip it into the book you are reading (I’m reading this happiness book at the moment) and pull the slider downward until it reaches your book. If you have a longer zipper, you can use it for bigger books too!

Now that I have to commute with train for almost everyday, I keep a book inside my bag with me so that I can do some reading while riding the train. And when I’m reading, I simply tie the zipper bookmark on my wrist so I don’t have to ransack my bag when I need to close my book :) How about you? Have you been doing any reading these days?
