Sound Scribble - Description
Sound scribble is an interactive work that looks at the idea of communication in Singapore. Traditional
way of communicating through writing as input produces sounds, the universal language in communication
as the output.
Working in the similar mechanism as a music box, user needs to turn the knob to listen to the sound.
Lines in the drawing or writing produced by the users are captured by the webcam and the data are sent
sent to the computer. Via Processing, these data are processed and translate into sounds. Depends on
the position and the thickness of the lines, different sounds are played.
